Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Securities Corp. allegedly failed to accurately report to the Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE) its execution capacity on over 7,000 TRACE-eligible transactions and failed to report to TRACE over 4,000 non-member affiliate transactions.
